You will be working with children, young people and families, as well as other professionals providing free confidential and impartial advice about Special Educational Needs & Disabilities – SEND.
 
Salary: £24,948 – £26,845 pro rata

Send and You delivers the ‘SENDIAS’’ (Special Educational Needs & Disability Information Advice & Support) service for three local authorities: Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire. Our office is in Bristol.

What will you be doing?
 
This role involves face-to-face meetings, running drop-in sessions, small group information sessions and targeted outreach activities within identified communities, such as events within schools and in community settings. The role also involves responding to calls and emails to our Information, Advice & Support (IAS) line from parents, carers and young people.
We will provide you with fully accredited training to carry out this role.
