In the past 18 months we have enjoyed TREBLE employee headcount in North America through organic growth and acquisition. As we build out our presence in the market in the US, our client-base is growing and so is our Professional Services team.
To support with the success in North America, we're hiring a number of Implementation Specialists to deliver an exceptional customer onboarding experience.
This role is client-facing providing a consultative approach to delivering Accountancy software implementation and data migrations with elements such as installs, system setup, data migration, process documents, handovers and training.
Due to the data-sets you'll be working with, we're looking for an Implementation Consultant with sound working knowledge of SQL.
The portfolio of clients is always changing, and the ideal candidate would be able to organise and re-prioritise accordingly, taking ownership of full or part projects where allocated. This role allows you to become more technical, with aspects relating to both the onboarding of new business from sales as well as dealing with ongoing customers.
This role is home-based in addition to attending on-site meetings with customers and internal meetings, from time to time, you may be asked to travel within the US with overnight stays.
