What You’ll Be Doing
The 2-year programmeis comprised of a mixture of both 4-month and 6-month placements. Youâ€™ll spendthe first-year learning about our business, the products and services that weoffer and about our customers. Whether that be in one of our Branches, in ourCustomer Contact Centre, within a Financial Advice team or in ourAdministration department. Youâ€™ll gain an understanding of how our customerscommunicate with us, how we operate and an introduction to the ever-changingworld of Finance.

Weâ€™ll work with thebusiness needs, to match your skills and aspirations to placements that youâ€™llgain the most from. Youâ€™ll be able to choose from areas such as; Digital, HR,Marketing, Finance, IT, Risk and Operations, with the aim of showing you howour teams connect with each other to deliver outstanding customer and colleagueexperiences and, ultimately, help youto discover your career pathway.
Throughout theduration of the programme youâ€™ll be exposed to a range of opportunities like supportingongoing projects, events or charity activities to promote your learning anddevelopment, all while completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in BusinessAdministration.

Weâ€™re asking for alot, but weâ€™re offering just as much, so whilst experience isnâ€™t important, youroutlook definitely is.
Weâ€™re looking forindividuals who are willing to push and challenge themselves in order to growand develop. Youâ€™ll need to be resilient and flexible, as requirements willchange dependent on the colleagues youâ€™re working with and the team youâ€™re in,whether that be from Head Office, a branch or even at home.
We welcome people who will squeezeevery drop out of their apprenticeship but most of all, work hard and enjoy it.

Qualifications To be eligible must not hold a qualification in thesame field at the same or higher level to Level 3 Business Administration.
