BI Financial Data Analyst – Wroclaw

We are currently seeking a driven professional to join us as BI Financial Data Analyst
The Finance function is responsible for the accurate and timely production of financial information to its internal and external stakeholders. Company stewardship ensures compliance with the statutory and legal framework within each region and that a proper control environment is put in place. The department also supports business performance by producing high-quality management information, encouraging a cost-conscious culture, and providing advice, support and training to ensure all business decisions are financially informed.
Responsibilities:
• Collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from various sources for further analysis.
• Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI or Qlik Sense to provide meaningful insights to different departments within the company.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data analysis needs and translate them into effective solutions using Power BI or Qlik.
• Identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities through data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Create visualizations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and continuously improve data analysis processes and methodologies.
• Perform periodic internal training regarding company policies and protocol.
• Collaborate with different departments.
Requirements:
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or a similar field
• Proven experience in data analysis
• Extensive knowledge of Power BI or Qlik Sense, including advanced visualization creation, data modeling, and dataset management
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Proactive approach and can-do attitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent in English
