Are you a Building Services Engineer (Electrical) looking to work on a variety of projects within an award-winning multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy?

Pick Everard’s thriving Building Services team are expanding and looking to recruit an Building Services Engineer (Electrical) who will have the opportunity to work on exciting new ventures.

There will be a wide, varied workload and the role will focus on delivering portfolios of work across the private and public sector; including education, defence, healthcare, pharmaceutical and commercial.

You will work to ensure projects are delivered to the right scope of time, quality and budget. You will prepare designs, feasibility studies, reports, and contract documents, carry out building analysis and liaise directly with clients and contractors.

About You

Our ideal Building Services Engineer (Electrical) must have: 

  • HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Knowledge and understanding of BS7671
  • Familiarity with electrical and lighting design software’s such as Amtech/Dialux
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborative and self – motivated

It would be nice for you to have:

  • Experience with Revit MEP
  • Fire alarm and emergency lighting design experience
  • Hands on knowledge and understanding of  AutoCAD.
  • Structured wiring system and security system design experience
  • Knowledge of current legislation
