Business Development Manager II – Fort Worth

We are in an exciting period of growth and we are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager
As the leading supply chain solutions provider in the aerospace & defense industry, Customers are at the heart of our business.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth for Incora’s hardware business in specific market segments such as the Engine MRO market, the engine sub-tier market, and small to mid-size aerospace & defense manufacturers. You will be responsible for acquiring and growing these accounts by identifying key opportunities and securing new contracts.
This role will involve frequent travel to customer locations, primarily in the Americas and also globally.
About You
You will have previous experience in a similar role within the Aerospace & Defense market, ideally within a distribution environment. Previous experience in a Sales and Business Development role involving aerospace parts in highly desirable. Experience in Electrical products sales role is also desirable.
You will have strong business acumen, along with demonstrable Commercial expertise and experience. You will have a demonstrated record of pursuing and winning new strategic accounts resulting in long-term relationships for your company. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers is key to success.
