Café' Supervisor
Monday – Friday
40 hours per week
£31,500 per annum – £33,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to join the Allen & Overy—Lavanda Restaurant team. The supervisor's role is to ensure and develop, in a planned manner, the effective management and efficient service of Lavanda, the partner's lounge, and the espresso pod within Allen & Overy. The supervisor also ensures high-quality presentation whilst acting within departmental budgetary and policy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- To oversee a team of baristas and ensure the smooth operation of the shift.
- To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of the highest standard
- To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all catering functions.
- To ensure an efficient and high standard of service to all clients in all areas.
- Ensure all operating standards are followed by all staff and reviewed when necessary.
- To ensure the effective delivery and efficient service of all areas within the unit and support the Lavanda Manager.
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
The ideal candidate will possess a good knowledge of food and beverage, as well as outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
