Casual Chef de Partie – Liverpool
Job Introduction
Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are looking for experienced Chef de Parties to join our casual culinary team on a match day.
As a Casual Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a designated section within the kitchen, supporting the delivery of high-quality food across our stadium hospitality on a match day. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated chef looking to progress within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What will you be doing?
- Leading and managing your designated section to ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Preparing, cooking and finishing dishes in line with recipes, specifications and service requirements.
- Supporting junior chefs and commis chefs with guidance, training and day to day supervision.
- Ensuring consistency in quality, portion control and presentation.
- Maintaining full compliance with food safety, allergen and hygiene regulations.
- Monitoring stock levels within your section and supporting stock rotation to minimise waste.
- Assisting senior chefs with menu preparation, service planning and kitchen organisation.
- Contributing to a positive, professional and high-performing kitchen culture.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience working at Chef de Partie level or in a similar role within a professional kitchen.
- Strong technical cooking skills and a solid understanding of kitchen operations.
- Level 2 Food Safety certificate (minimum).
- Ability to lead by example and support the development of junior team members.
- Calm and organised approach under pressure.
- A genuine passion for food, quality and continuous improvement.
