Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Craft Trainer to join us.

The main focus of the role will be the quality of the food as well as development with innovative and fresh ideas, as well as exceeding our customers’ expectations. Working alongside the operations team, this is a pivotal role in driving standards in our Schools with our Operations team. You will also work with our local on-site teams in a coaching and training capacity as and where required, whilst ensuring we work with our purchasing and pricing remit. This role will support new business and retention in the area as well.

Ideally, we are looking for a proven Craft Trainer, who understands the education sector and has a proven track of development in this area. Excellent presentation skills are a must as well as excellent planning and time management and sound knowledge and awareness in our sector. Must have a full UK driving license and access to a car and be able to cook!
