Starting Salary: £56652 – £68005 per annum plus benefits

About the role

Executive Education has ambitious growth targets. This new post joins a highly effective function and will be critical to achieving our goal of outstanding corporate relationships management and the expansion of our open programme portfolio.

What you would be doing

The main purpose is to manage and support the development of new and existing open programmes and projects to enable an amazing participant experience. This person will also support client related projects as required and, in those cases, will be the point of contact for clients on all programme matters: financial, legal or operational. This person will also work with the Programme Managers who will be responsible for programme logistics.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in client relationship and project management.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer engagement throughout each programme.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage high-level project plans, overseeing multiple simultaneous projects and relationships for both Open and Custom programmes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop solutions that align with client/participant needs and programme goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to handle financial data, budgets, and contracts confidently.

Closing date: 11-Nov-2024

The post holder will be required to travel, within the UK and overseas, to participate in business development and client management activities or represent the school at professional events. Some of such activities will take place outside normal working hours at evenings and weekends.
