The Customer Experience Specialist role is a diverse position within Foodbuy, interacting with Customers, Suppliers and Internal Compass Functions.
In this role, you will build an understanding of Compass Purchasing and Commercial. It will be integral in helping to build rapport with internal and external customers, leading to excellent long term career progression.
We are looking for commercially driven and astute individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
The successful candidates will have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will have strong computer and administrative skills (Excel, Word etc) with an excellent telephone manner. It is important to be confident with the inclination of being a self-starter and able to work very well under pressure.
