About the Role

Here at the Sheffield College our students are at the heart of everything we do and this role is pivotal to this. In your role as Customer Service Advisor, you will be instrumental in supporting our staff and students to deliver excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone, providing information, advice and guidance.

  • Guiding our students through every step of their learning experience
  • Support and motivate students
