Data Coordinator – Derby

We are currently seeking a fantastic Data Coordinator to join us at our site in Derby.
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our customers are at the heart of our business.
As a Data Coordinator you will work alongside the Customer facing team to be the voice of Incora providing first-class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed within our organisation.
Your role will be to provide all administrative support to the wider team including managing orders, responding to customer enquiries and carrying out gap analysis for parts at risk. You will also be working with internal functions to escalate shortages and ensure the on time delivery of product to the customer.
This entry level role is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop a career within an evolving organisation.
About You
You will have excellent attention to detail and have gained some data entry experience in a previous role.
You will know your way around Excel, knowing your Pivot Tables from your vLookups and will have some knowledge or understanding of how a supply chain operates.
You will be an enthusiastic and willing learner with a readiness to work in a global, fast paced, dynamic working environment.
