Salary: Up to £31,500 per Annum (DOE)

Shift hours: Permanent

Support and deliver the plan for all electrical PPM and Reactive tasks ensuring they are carried out with the resources allocated, with particular regards to the level of service, quality, and cost control whilst ensuring compliance with contractual and health and safety standards.

  • To carry out minor Electrical installation and testing works
  • To carry out fabric maintenance, internal and external to all sites and buildings
  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance as directed through the helpdesk
  • Undertake proactive site walks to identify areas of failure and for improvement
  • To provide 24 hour call out as per the agreed rota
  • Ensure that the business is compliant in regard to current legislation covering electrical installations
  • Liaising with third party specialised contractors and suppliers as required
  • Work with structured KPI regimes or SLA’s
  • Assist with recommendations for contractors specific to Electrical Services
  • Assist  the change and moves manager the delivery of project related tasks as required
  • Support the hard Services team with any ad-hoc task as required
  • Ensure adequate supplies of consumables are held to prevent down time in work requests
  • Proactive participation in team meetings and own personal development

  • Clean driving license as driving between sites is essential, vehicle is provided for this
  • Applicant must have experience working in a Corporate Environment
  • Relevant electrical qualification
  • Work towards or hold Periodic Inspection and Testing – C&G 2394-01/2395-01
  • Elevating platform licence held or willing to take
  • IT Literate
