In addition to your technical expertise, you are acutely customer focused and understand the challenges faced by staff in the modern workplace. You are a strategic thinker and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You lead by example and care about your customers and are passionate about providing an excellent service to allow your customers to do the important work they do.
