Facilities Administrator
, where
you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of
our facilities department. If you’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and
thrive in a busy environment, this is an ideal role for you!

Our facilities department is at the heart of
keeping our park running smoothly, ensuring everything is clean, safe, and
well-maintained. The team includes Cleaning Services, Maintenance, Grounds
& Gardens, and Security, working together to deliver a memorable guest and
owner experience.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support for all functions
under the facilities department.
– Organise and maintain records for the facilities
department.
– Support the co-ordination of communication
between teams, ensuring efficient information flow and issue resolution.
– Assist with HR related tasks such as return to
work forms, maintain accurate absence records, assisting with the recruitment journey
such as screening candidates and supporting interviews, and including supporting
wellbeing discussions with team.
– Providing administrative support for maintenance jobs,
which will also include liaising with guests, owners, team and contractors.
 – Monitor and maintain stock levels of
cleaning, maintenance, and operational supplies.
– Support health and safety compliance by
maintaining documentation and assisting with audits.

Requirements
-Previous administrative experience, with a focus
on facilities, hospitality, or operations environments
– Previous experience with HR support is beneficial
but not essential.
– Knowledge of health and safety compliance
(beneficial but not essential).
– Efficient organisational skills and ability to
handle multiple tasks, with attention to detail.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, Outlook).
– Effective communication skills, both written and
verbal.
– Ability to engage and work together within a team
collaboratively.
– Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
