We have an exciting opportunity for a service orientated Reception Supervisor to join our Portico Family. The Reception Supervisor is the go to person for supporting the day to day needs of our client and will also lead the Reception in ensuring a warm welcome and hosting to client suites. The role will also oversee the Hospitality and Switchboard functions at this stunning Art Deco location.
Working Hours: 40 hours 7:30 am 6:00 pm
Salary: £34,500
We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic individual with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exception experiences for our clients. They must have strong organisational, communication skills and demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks. This role is a fantastic opportunity to be exposed to all areas on a client floor. Including reporting directly to our client, managing the client floor, exposure to events and catering.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service, and must have had experience in a similar role.
