Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of continuous improvement plans
  • Ensure all contracts are compliant and run commercially in line with net growth and retention targets.
  • Adherence to all client and company Policies
  • Ensure delivery and management of labour strategy in line with contract specifications.
  • Delivery of all HSE requirements both contractually and legislatively
  • Monitor and delivery of contractual and internal KPI’s, identify and help develop continuous improvements.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Achievement of financial budgets
  • Training and development of all employees
  • Maintain /monitor Sub-Contractor adherence to client and company policy.
  • Assist in the development of strategies for growth and retention.
  • Ensure the implementation of any governance and communication strategies.

  • Ability to work flexibly & remotely, ideally with multi-site operational experience.
  • Management experience leading and inspiring operational teams, working within brand guidelines to deliver results.
  • Successful implementation of any change programmes to deliver operational benefits.  
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills  
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience at management level – value in excess £1M (contract / regional management) or ability to demonstrate they have the desired acumen to discharge the role as set out in the Key Accountabilities
  • Demonstrable financial acumen applicable for the role requirements in managing a P&L
  • Excellent management skills
  • Have a proven track record of delivering client / customer satisfaction through their teams.
  • Valid driving license
Desirable 
 
  • Experience of managing soft services, inc. contract catering delivery
  • Experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets
