an experienced General Manager to join Warner Leisure Hotels at Nidd
Hall Hotel
.

Nidd Hall hotel is set in the heart of the spectacular Yorkshire
countryside. This beautiful 191-bedroom Hotel is has an impressive 45 acres of
award-winning gardens, 2 restaurants and a spa for our guests to unwind.

We have beautiful properties in enviable locations, delicious
food and drink delivered by warm hearted teams, Warner wellness, 100’s of acres
of the UK’s best landscapes, dancing and entertainment are just some of the
things you’ll be involved in.  No day will

What are we looking for?

Reporting into an Operations Director, we are looking for a General
Manager
at Nidd Hall Hotel who will work collaboratively with their Heads
of Department on site to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest and team
experiences throughout the Hotel.

The right candidate for the role will be commercially focused
and work closely with central support teams to maximise the revenue streams for
the hotel and build a strong connection with key stakeholders to drive a
culture of accountability throughout the hotel. They will have a passion for
creating a guest focused environment and will be able to bring to life our
mission, to create the UK’s best places for grown up fun.

What will you be doing?

  • Be
    responsible to ensure the hotel leadership team are role modelling the
    expected behaviours
  • You
    will take full accountability for delivering business KPIs and brand
    standards
  • Executing
    the operations strategy within hotel and holding leaders to account for
    their performance against the strategy
  • Nurturing
    a high-performance culture where everyone’s contributions are recognised,
    where talent thrives and rewarding careers are built
  • Sharing
    your exceptional level of operational knowledge with leaders and team
    members, continually looking to develop innovative ways to delight our
    guests and team
  • Work
    closely with central support functions and create a strong connection with
    those based in Hemel support centre
  • Analyse
    the hotel profit and loss for areas of improvement and deliver profit
    growth

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Great leadership skills with the ability to inspire
    others
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with a passion for
    team and guests
  • An ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or leisure industries
    in senior level management having worked in a similar size business and
    scope
