If you are looking to develop your career in operational management, our graduate programme offers you a breadth of experience across our market leading food and support services business.  You will gain real job experience, working at our sites to deliver anything from outstanding restaurant experiences, supporting high profile sporting events or feeding thousands of school children, patients, workers and military personnel; ensuring warm welcomes, clean buildings and safe environments.  You will get the chance to develop the skills and build the network needed to get a head start on your career journey in a truly global company.

Applications are currently being accepted for our Graduate Programme (Ops) commencing in October 2024.

We will be conducting Assessment Centres for this program in June 2024.

Across the 24 months of the programme, you will rotate into 4 different areas of our business.  Each 6-month rotation will allow you to develop key skills and experiences across all aspects of management; from the day-to-day running of a service to planning and executing hospitality events; including but not limited to stock management, health & safety, reporting on financial performance, handling client and customer enquiries and feedback, as well as motivating and leading a team.

We truly believe our best managers are those who have an appreciation of the daily challenges and triumphs; you will shadow front line teams and management in their day-to-day roles, to enable you to hit the ground running, out in our business doing real work, making a difference, and learning on the job from day one.

We also provide a structured learning programme including, online support / reflection tools and workshops with your Graduate community: all the time supported by your mentor and Graduate Programme Manager, who will be on hand to help you to navigate your journey.

The programme is designed to set you up to be one of our future outstanding Operations Managers who run single units, multi-sites and even multi-service contracts, making commercial decisions and working directly with our customers, clients and senior leaders.  They bring out the best in people and inspire our teams while supporting them to achieve the highest quality and service standards.
