Job Description:

We’re excited to be expanding our Group Prudential & Treasury Reporting team and we have an opportunity for you to join us as a Group Prudential Planning & Reporting Specialist.

Collaborating with our Finance and Risk Departments and feeding directly into the wider business strategy, you will prepare accurate internal and external capital and regulatory reporting information.

Main Responsibilities

You will be required to coordinate and complete a detailed review of a number of pieces of work including regulatory returns, monthly management information and statutory reporting.

You will also support the preparation of stress and scenario testing and Pillar 3 disclosures.

To help support your work within the team it is important that you keep up to date with current, new, and emerging prudential regulation ensuring that all policies, procedures, and practises comply and present best practise.

Supporting the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process will also form a key part of this role as will informing strategy and ongoing risk management.

You will proactively produce and analyse data from a variety of sources to add value and prepare relevant recommendations to aid decision making.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with an analytical and strategic mind-set with the ability to interpret and manipulate various sources of data. You will have a strong understanding of process and controls with the ability to organise work towards tight deadlines. 

Attention to detail is essential as you will have to make sure all your work is accurate.

You will have experience in finance and will hold a professional qualification such as; ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent.
