Molineux Stadium is the home of Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club and plays host to Premier League football. The purpose-built venue features a wide range of rooms and spaces our team operate daily and infinite flexibility for our guests. With future development and expansion planned Molineux Stadium will continue to be the go-to venue in Wolverhampton.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Oversee the catering delivery of our 15 restaurants and lounges alongside our 60 executive boxes ensuring the highest standards are met throughout. 
  • Deliver our day-to-day conference and events operation acting as a lead, bringing the various departments involved in an event delivery together. 
  • Lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver excellence consistently. 
  • Work with several internal departments to achieve a seamless guest experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. 
Who you are:
  • You will be a naturally confident leader with proven experience in hospitality management, and a track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Confidently able to manage a mixed portfolio of outlets and business functions. 
  • Positive and passionate with a focus on food and a flare for hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • Able to influence and operate at all stakeholder levels.
