Hotel Services Manager 
Up to £55,000 depending on experince

Unit Based in central London
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hotel Services Manager to work at one of our prestigious contracts. 
You will be responsible for the management and delivery of all FM services in line with contractual obligations and company expectations, including but not limited to health & safety, general cleaning and housekeeping and full budget and accounting responsibility. Ensure full compliance at all times to the company and contractual guidelines avoiding any service KPI failures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, monitor and update all appropriate food safety and health and safety paperwork to the required standards imposed
  • Ensure that all appropriate HSE Information, instruction, training and supervision is provided to all employees within your control to enable them to carry out their work safely and effectively
  • Ensure all HSE incidents/ near misses are reported and investigated within the set timeframe in line with company policy and procedures
  • Lead and manage the delivery of all company profit protection procedures within the mess and share best practice with other colleagues
  • Manage and drive the completion of all compulsory online training with all team members
  • Ensure that uniform standards are adhered to at all times and that all team members are dressed appropriately
  • Provide accurate costings for all functional activity to the client in a timely manner
  • Ensure purchasing compliancy using only Company authorised vendors
  • Control all stock levels within the mess, ensuring accurate weekly checks are processed 
  • Manage the training, discipline, morale and welfare of all team members
  • To actively drive Your Voice action plans and encourage involvement in surveys
  • Manage all labour costs effectively and within the designated budget
Our ideal Hotel Services Manager:
  • Proven management experience within a hotel or accomodation enviroment.
  • Managing teams to deliver innovative, high quality Cleaning service
  • Being obsessive about providing great customer service 
  • Sound knowledge of procedural and legislative frameworks
  • Sound financial acumen and experienced in managing budgets and growing sales
