We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Supervisor to join our friendly team in Stancombe, Bristol.  We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.

Reporting directly to Customer Services Manager, you will manage a team of Internal Sales Co-ordinators responsible for multimedia non face to face sales activities and achieving predetermined volume, profit and revenue targets. 

You will directly manage the Internal Sales Coordinators, to drive performance, developing a multi-skill approach in accordance with the SalesForce Excellence Program and create a successful commercial culture within the A&A BU. 

You will also ensure a high level of team achievement with the betterment of all financial expectations and to exceed expectations of KPI’s aligned to all Commercial Excellence strategies.

This is a varied, complex and rewarding position that requires proven leadership skills; collaboration; ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups; excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation); high level of influence & persuasion; high level of integrity and expertise; confidence in people management and appraisal of staff and be able to encourage effective teamwork. A proven track record of being able to “add value” is essential.
