About the Role
Publicis Media is seeking an International Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager to join our global L&D team. You will manage key business training programs, helping to drive learning strategies across global markets such as APAC and EMEA. Reporting to the L&D Director, this role is essential in creating, implementing, and managing training programs that support our team’s growth and business development goals.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and manage full lifecycle L&D projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overseeing the execution of both live and remote training programs.
  • Global Program Implementation: Coordinate the design, development, and roll-out of training initiatives across different global markets, tailoring programs to meet regional needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various subject matter experts, internal teams, and external vendors to develop and deliver training materials, ensuring high relevance and impact.
  • Training Design and Delivery: Create learning materials, including toolkits and supporting content, in collaboration with design teams. Develop branded materials such as training logos and marketing assets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather input, communicate progress, and ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Identify and manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they deliver training solutions that meet business needs.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and provide regular reports to demonstrate the business impact and ROI of learning initiatives.
  • Innovation in Learning Execution: Drive creative approaches to learning, exploring new technologies and methods to enhance program engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Able to build and execute learning strategies for multi-channel teams with diverse expertise.
  • Knowledge of media in order to build specific training modules for media professionals.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, handling multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead and influence across a matrixed organisation, coaching and guiding teams to achieve impact.
  • Able to manage learning plans effectively in meetings and townhalls, addressing stakeholder concerns.
  • Excellent communication skills to distill complex topics into effective learning solutions.
  • Strong technical and digital skills, crucially in Power Point but also including Microsoft Office and ideally including video editing tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite.
