Master Data Management Specialist – Wroclaw

We are currently seeking a driven professional to join us as Master Data Management Specialist  

The Finance function is responsible for the accurate and timely production of financial information to its internal and external stakeholders. Company stewardship ensures compliance with the statutory and legal framework within each region and that a proper control environment is put in place. The department also supports business performance by producing high-quality management information, encouraging a cost-conscious culture, and providing advice, support and training to ensure all business decisions are financially informed.

Responsibilities:

• Set up vendor and customer master data into Incora’s ERP systems using standard nomenclature and protocols.

• Maintain and update master data request forms; provide standard operating procedures for processing requests and maintaining data in ERP systems

• Prepare monthly statistics to track the volume of activity, error rates, and other data

• Interact with Procurement and BU partners to update vendor and client data to comply with corporate guidelines.

• Assist with special projects such as implementing new software technology

• Participate in improvement activities at the department/company level to enhance business performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a similar field

• Some experience in processing data

• Very good Excel skills, and knowledge of other MS Office tools

• Attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Proactive approach and can-do attitude

• Efficient communication and collaboration skills

• Fluent in English
