We have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Support Worker with good initiative and great communication skills to join our busy and friendly team in Lancaster.

We have a great opportunity available for a Night Support Worker based in Lancaster on a permanent basis, working 36 hours per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key work and support clients generally within your project
- Provide personal care to identified clients
- Take an active role in the assessment and management of risk
- Maintain a clear and calm manner whilst managing client risk
- Ensure that all medication within the project is managed in line with Trust policy and procedures
- Manage client meetings and facilitate the Client Inclusion and Training representatives
- Assist in the management of the referral process within the project to achieve agreed occupancy levels
- Apply Emergency First Aid response to clients and any other person in the building/grounds

Our project in Lancaster is a Registered Care home with an experienced team who are able to care for and transform the lives of clients with a range of needs and interests. You would be supported by the management team at the project and have an appropriate induction so you can feel confident in adjusting to a new role, which will include shadowing staff.
