Operario de Prducción – Fraga

Estamos buscando un Operador de Producción para unirse a nuestro equipo en la fábrica AB-NEO en Fraga. El candidato seleccionado será responsable del control de las granuladoras y extrusoras, asegurando la calidad de los productos, y manteniendo la limpieza y seguridad en su área de trabajo.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Supervisar y controlar las granuladoras y extrusoras.
  • Asegurar el correcto ensacado, etiquetado y almacenamiento de los productos.
  • Realizar muestreos de calidad para comprobar durabilidad y humedad.
  • Mantener y limpiar el equipo, incluyendo acondicionadores, prensas, enfriadores y zarandas.
  • Supervisar el proceso de ensacado, etiquetado y paletizado.
  • Tomar y etiquetar muestras de cada lote de producción para cumplir con los estándares de calidad.
  • Manejar premezclas y aditivos según los requisitos de la producción.
  • Ayudar con el muestreo y control de calidad de materias primas.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en otros puestos de la fábrica cuando sea necesario.
  • Cumplir con todas las normativas de seguridad e higiene.

Requisitos:

  • Educación básica (Estudios primarios)
  • No se requiere experiencia previa; se proporcionará capacitación.
  • Disponibilidad para utilizar equipo de protección personal (calzado de seguridad, ropa de alta visibilidad, etc.)
