Overall purpose of Role.
Provide daily administrative support to the Food & Beverage team by managing calls and the procurement inbox.
Help with the planning of the Championships, alongside the year-round business.
Place weekly orders with several suppliers for departments including M&E, Members Dining Room and Staff feeding.
Ensure all orders are Goods receipted upon arrival, as well as logged correctly to ensure accurate costs for each area.
Deliver timely resolution of invoice and receipting order queries and discrepancies by working with accounts and suppliers.
Complete weekly transfers to ensure that stock is managed across site and charged to the correct areas.
Manage the monthly inputting of the stock take. Update any costs and making sure it is kept up to date moving throughout the year.
Liaise with the wider team in all requests for product cost via the senior kitchen team.
Liaise with the location accountant to ensure all relevant company policies and requirements are met.
To comply with all Compass and Levy Health and safety documents and legislation.
To attend and comply with any training for Health and Safety, Food Safety etc.
