Job Description
Portico are on the lookout for a strong and passionate Reception Team Leader, who can drive our teams outstanding front of house services across 4 buildings in Kings Cross.
The successful candidate will manage a team of 3 Receptionists, as they operate the reception services within our clients multi-occupied buildings. They will be the main point of contact on site, developing a strong relationship with the client and other service providers, whilst providing supervision and direction to all team members, ensuring they are motivated to reach their full potential.
This role is highly visible and the successful candidate’s ability to build relationships with both new and existing clients and other stakeholders will be key.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8am-5pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: up to £40,000
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience of supervising a team and must be able to provide strong examples that demonstrate an understanding of key managerial behaviours.
