About the role

Huntingdon Supported Living & Respite is based in the town of Huntingdon and the village of Wyton and supports tenants living in bungalows at St Lukes Close Huntingdon and Splash Lane Wyton.

The role of Support Worker is to enable adults with a disability to live as independently as possible, and to enjoy lifestyles as close to those enjoyed by other members of the community.

We support and empower individuals to enhance the quality of their life, maximise potential and to continue to promote and develop independence skills within their home or whilst staying at respite.

This vacancy is for zero hour contracts to cover staff absence.

About you

No formal qualifications are essential, but a good standard of education is required. There is a requirement to complete an induction which may include the Care Certificate and/or Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification.
