THE ROLE

Our Retail Marketing Manager role will shape, deliver and execute the partner / trade marketing strategy for AllSaints, working in tandem with marketing colleagues in the UK, US, Asia, franchise partners, wholesale, concessions, retail, licensing partners and ad hoc partnerships as required. Instrumental in driving the business performance of the brand across marketing campaigns via all partners to amplify the brand and gain trust with our partners.
 
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
  • Own and develop the Annual Marketing Calendar, planning brand and promotional activity throughout the year
  • You will lead in the development of AllSaints trade plans from idea to execution and analysis. Managing the development of imaginative and innovative ideas to be activated across all customer touch points
  • Liaison between departments ensuring deadlines and actions are adhered to by key stakeholders in Buying and Merchandising, Design and Styling
  • Working in tandem with the marketing, content, digital and creative teams to manage and execute seasonal marketing plans
  • Work with the creative and content teams to brief and develop brand assets
  • Keep a weekly comms plan to align channels activity
  • Be the brand guardian, monitoring all activity to ensure the AllSaints brand profile is in line with the agreed objectives
  • Review brand marketing activity, reporting insight to key senior & team stakeholders
  • Key liaison between product and trade teams to ensure hero products and trade messages are considered within the seasonal marketing plan
  • Responsible for the timely collation and sharing of all seasonal and annual marketing plans and assets to regional marketing teams and wider business stakeholders
  • Develop smart and effective multi-channel marketing activations
  • Key contact for all Global regional marketing teams in the USA, Hong Kong and Middle East
  • Support, communicate and track marketing research and insights as appropriate
  • Ability to travel based on brand needs 

WHAT SKILLS WILL I NEED?
  • You will have a strong background in partner & retail marketing, and apparel experience
  • You will have proven experience and ability to work within a creative, medium-sized organisation, where everyone is hands-on, and where the focus in on getting the job done
  • You will have demonstrable experience ofempowering a team to deliver success, and will be able to work alone with high level direction
  • You will have proven experience in ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed commercially & flawlessly, partnering with third parties
  • You have a proven track record in planning and managing budgets to target
  • You will be able to work with speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail
  • You will have the ability to multitask to manage multiple projects, with the ability to analyse the
  • ROI and effectiveness of campaigns
  • You will be able to work cross-functionally and will have excellent collaboration and influencing skills and strong oral and written communication expertise.
  • You will be able to write copy, and be able to build and manage relationships internally and externally
  • A strong sense of brand aesthetic, and a natural understanding of premium brands
  • You are a positive self-starter with an ability to set stretching goals and a creative thinker, with a fashion sensibility and excellent taste levels.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to work with different types of people at all levels

EXPERIENCE 

  • You have at least 3 years of retail, trade or brand marketing management experience 
  • Software experince in Excel, Google Workspace, Microsoft and Adobe Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships 

Pay Range in West Hollywood, CA:
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Base Salary:
$80,000/yr – $95,000/yr

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our North America region is made up of 76 retail locations across the US and Canada with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to the West Hollywood hills.
