We are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Coordinator within our EMEA Services & Distribution team. This role offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to work with a dynamic and fun team, supporting a diverse range of customers both internally and across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Responsibilities

Order Processing: Handle tasks such as adding, amending, redating, and cancelling orders. Proactively progress orders, coordinate customer orders, and manually release invoices and raise manual purchase orders.

Returns Management: Efficiently manage the return of goods from customers.

Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders, including any necessary stock transfers.

Manufacturing Collaboration: Work with MSD Sales to understand product delays and request lead times.

Customer Complaints: Accurately administer customer complaints.

Customer Relations: Maintain strong working relationships with customers and understand their working practices whenever possible.

Internal Liaison: Communicate with Sales Managers and relevant departments within Renishaw to meet the needs of both customers and the company.

Process Improvement: Actively participate in continuous process improvement by identifying areas for enhancement, taking ownership of improvements, and implementing them promptly.
Materials Control

Coordinating the supply process between manufacturing and customers

Enhancing delivery performance by aligning customer requirements with production capabilities.

Facilitating communication between Sales Coordinators and manufacturing to address customer-related issues.

Executing MRP and EDI format processes, and utilizing the Order Alert report to ensure supplier purchase order schedules align with the SAGE ERP platform.
Key requirements
-
Proficient in PC skills, including Sage Line 500, Dynamics 365, CRM, and other relevant review applications.

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and customers.

High attention to detail is essential.

A minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A to C is desirable.
Person specification
The successful applicant will be highly organised and motivated with a positive attitude. They will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be a real team player. As the successful individual will be representing Renishaw, a service-orientated pro-active approach is essential to ensure the requirements of customers, both internal and external, are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Covering the work of colleagues whenever they are absent will also be required as necessary.
