We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Senior Strategic Program Manager.

The Senior Strategic Program Manager is accountable for ensuring that all customer programs are performed in a manner that will bring a consistent approach and message to all customer and business relationships; clearly communicating Incoras’s broad vision, values, and business philosophy; while maintaining and representing Incora’s exemplary reputation in the marketplace for excellence in customer service, commitment, and quality in all matters.

Accountability and Scope:
- Manage and administer implementations and transition of the organization’s major contract customers, in support of policies, goals and objectives established by company executive management.
- Direct the contract management with responsibility for growth strategies, P&L, customer service levels and robust revenue & margin growth plans.
- Accountability and proactiveness to maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Contract and its key processes.
- Work closely with the Sales Functions to develop bid strategies for new & renewals of contracted business.
- Contribute to Annual Operating Process; and provide accurate business forecasts on a regular basis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to existing and new contracts.
- Leading by example and enabling an environment where all employees can contribute to the best of their abilities.
- Support the environment for growth and progression for the people within the team.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Negotiate renewals of customer contract agreements using Best Practice Terms & Conditions for Incora
- Closely monitoring sales, margin, costs, and inventory levels to meet or exceed budget ensuring accounts remain profitable.
- Ensure longevity of a partnership culture in all Incora’s contracted customers.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the contract for the life of the contract. This element of the role will involve seamless communication to the functions of Planning and Procurement to ensure continuity of the supply of parts.
- To be responsible for developing key performance indicators for Contract Compliance, both externally with the Customer and internally for Financial Performance.
- Manage, support and mentor the team, providing effective & timely performance evaluations, conduct reviews and facilitate additional training and/or mentoring as appropriate.
- Ability to travel, as necessary, between customers’ sites.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years related experience and training or equivalent combinations of education and experience, which may include sales, distribution and inventory management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Significant experience of customer relationship management
- Financially proficient to a good level
- High level of business acumen
- Excellent communication and influence skills at all levels.
- Some people management and leadership experience
- Previous experience working within a contract management/sales environment preferred.
- Change management experience preferrable.
- Must have and maintain own/reliable transportation and company-approved driving record.
