South Tees Youth Justice Service is seeking to appoint a Service and Case Support Worker with the necessary business support and IT skills to support the delivery of the work of the Youth Justice Service.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for providing administrative and other business support functions as well as supporting case management staff in their work with young people.

You will be required to provide a wide range of administrative, technical, and business support functions including call handling, data entry and financial tasks including raising orders and processing invoices, ensuring that all administrative and business support responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

We are looking for a suitably experienced individual who can contribute to the success of the Youth Justice Service You should have experience of working with case management systems and other IT systems, working with partner agencies.
