Property Services – Transforming Spaces and Crafting Excellence

We are searching for skilled, motivated and dependable labourers to work alongside a skilled tradesperson to carry out repairs and maintenance of our housing stock.

You’ll dive into a mix of tasks; mainly fencing, concreting, paving and general garden landscaping. Diagnosing and completing repairs, to sourcing materials and communicating with tenants, suppliers and colleagues. You will ensure tasks are done right by following instructions and prioritising health and safety. Your other responsibilities will also include following work schedules, monitoring work quality, preparing reports, and supporting housing teams to meet KPI targets. You will conduct inspections and provide recommendations to resolve maintenance issues and support the delivery of an effective repairs service.

We invite applications from individuals with City and Guilds or NVQ qualifications, or those with demonstrated experience in construction trades, who are eager to further develop their skills. Preferably, candidates should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in building maintenance, with exposure to diverse trade backgrounds.
