You will work with the onsite team and other leaders across our business to ensure the best service is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising a small team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported
  • Being a responsible key holder
  • Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
  • Producing weekly rotas following the manager’s guidelines
  • Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulation
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Ensure areas are cleaned to high standard
  • Carry out audits of all areas
  • Training of cleaning operatives

About You:
  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a cleaning environment
  • Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers within your work environment
  • Able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulation laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety
  • Team player and can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
