The Supervisor, Customer Program is responsible for monitoring all processes, procedures and functions for accuracy and efficiency. This role is responsible for providing operational support and status updates, including notification of critical stock outs, coordinating New “Add and/or Off” contract requirements; opportunities for quality or process improvements, and opportunities to provide additional value-added products or services for increased customer satisfaction.

The Receptionist is accountable for presenting a welcoming face and voice of Incora to all levels of contacts, including customers, guests, business partners and inter-company personnel, and serving as a pivotal base for vital business communications. It is required that all responsibilities be performed consistently with attentiveness and proficiency, offering a sense of urgency for priority matters and personnel. Also, as a highly visible and trusted role, the position requires an ethical and professional demeanor, handling all responsibilities with appropriate confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.

Accountability and Scope:
- Assist the Customer Program Manager in directing program operations, including inventory/stocking strategies to maintain optimal levels of support to the Contract(s).
- Accountability to assist with maintaining and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Contract and its key processes.
- Assist with managing and maintaining the program budgetary compliance and recommend annual budget changes, as needed.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to existing and new contracts.
- Leading by example and enabling an environment where all employees can contribute to the best of their abilities.
- Support the environment for growth and progression for the people within the team.
- Liaise with internal functions to resolve day-to-day supply issues.
- Assist in the physical implementation of new line-side locations or line side media.
- Ensure effective housekeeping of on-site accommodation and line side media.
- Responsible for producing and issuing of reporting metrics as directed.
- Analyze internally produced data to identify supply chain issues as directed.
- Accountable to support a safe and hazard free workplace, specifically in chemical materials handling processes and procedures, and utilizing all required Personal Protective Equipment.
- Comply with customer and the company’s health and safety policies and procedures.
- Responsible for building strong customer relationships and consistently interacting with various site personnel in a production or warehouse environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years related experience and training or equivalent combinations of education and experience, which may include sales, distribution, and inventory management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience of customer relationship management
- Financially proficient to a good level
- High level of business acumen
- Excellent communication and influence skills at all levels.
- Some people management and leadership experience
- Previous experience working within a contract management/sales environment preferred.
- Change management experience preferrable.
- Must have and maintain own/reliable transportation and company-approved driving record.
