Salary Range: £11.68 to £12.01 per hour + £60 per night for sleep ins

Seeking support workers in Banbury

Please note this vacancy offers part time contracted hours: 7am- 10am and/or 3pm to 10pm  Monday to Friday the days of the shifts may vary based on service needs

You will:  

  • Hold a full manual driving licence (preferable)

  • Have good communication skills 

  • Have a positive and patient approach

Your responsibilities:  

  • To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead 

  • To develop daily living skills. 

  • Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships 

  • To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans. 

  • To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals. 

  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support

All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service. Successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.
