This role will best suit someone with UK manual driving with experience as a support worker,carer, Health care assistant, Play worker, Learning support Assistant, Teaching assistant or someone looking to start a career in care.

Please note: This role does not offer sponsorship and is not suitble as a 20 hour 2nd job.


  1. Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £11.68 to £12.02 per Hour)

  1. Full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate.  

  1. On-going training and career development including professional qualifications

You will:

Your responsibilities:  

  • To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead 

  • To develop daily living skills. 

  • Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships 

  • To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans. 

  • To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals. 

  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
