We are currently recruiting for a Switchboard Supervisor to join our team based in the Liverpool office of a financial services firm.
The switchboard team is at the forefront of our client’s business, setting the precedent for the customer experience!
Overseeing a team of 3 Switchboard Operators, the successful candidate will ensure that the highest level of customer care is provided to incoming callers. They will also personally take calls, identifying the needs of the caller and redirecting them to the appropriate client contact, ensuring that all calls are completed in line with the client's call approach and service level agreements.
The Switchboard Supervisor must convey a positive attitude and professional first impression whilst promoting and creating culture of service excellence. They will convey a friendly, articulate, and accurate service whilst remaining security focused.
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are looking for a switchboard supervisor who is an articulate, warm and enthusiastic individual with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exception experiences for our clients.
Experience within a call centre or switchboard environment is essential, preferably within a supervisory capacity.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills and demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity.
