Job Description
Publicis Media's TAAG Signal Resilience Practice is looking for a talented Growth Development Director to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our new business revenue streams, working closely with TAAG and wider Publicis Media teams.
In this role you will:
Key Experience
- Experience working in Media industry and at least 2 years in business development
- Leadership and collaboration qualities – trust, loyalty, empathy, forward thinking, self-starter who’s a curious learner
- Proficient knowledge of Paid Media channels
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other marketing analytics platforms
- Commitment to user privacy and data security best practices
- Team management and development of junior members
- Strong organization skills – proving the ability to prioritize to ensure deadlines are met
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with identifying new business opportunities
- Manage and assist with prioritization of business development roadmap
- Track and report new business wins and loses
- Drive targeted sales for TAAG team
- Discovery and evaluation of client needs
- Managing and coordinating early onboarding with internal teams and TAAG Leads
- Assist with packaging of TAAG solutions
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Results driven consultative approach to solve client needs and deliver new opportunities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to build presentations with a clear story and value proposition
- Curiosity about AI concepts (machine learning, artificial neural networks) a plus.
- Strong understanding of user privacy and consent regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn new technologies with a focus on ethical data practices and future-proofing marketing measurement
- A passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the ever-changing digital data landscape
- Strong presentation and communication skills
