ROC Northwest Ltd is a private organisation that offers high quality residential care and education for children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders, SEBD, Learning & Physical Disabilities and complex needs associated with challenging behaviour. We are looking for enthusiastic support workers to join us providing meaningful care and support for our service users.

What is the role?

Your role as Team Leader for ROC Northwest is to Assist and Support the House Manager where needed, ensuring the smooth running of the shift, assigning specific tasks to the support workers and monitoring their completion.

Our team of Residential Support Workers and Team Leaders come from all backgrounds and having a wide range of transferable skills from previous environments.

What we look for:

  • QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s service (Adults) or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 Years working in a Residential Support Worker setting
  • Minimum of 1 Year experience of Leading a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • Able to work days, evenings and weekends
  • Long day shifts are 8am to 10pm
