Redrow Homes are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting others in an office environment. Working as an apprentice you will support with the day-to-day running of a busy office undertaking various administration duties on a daily basis. As part of the apprenticeship you will be studying L3 Business Administration with one of Redrow’s chosen training partners.

Reporting directly to the Head of Training, the post holder will work closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure the smooth running of the department. 

Responsible for all Learning and Development activities across the Group, the post holder will being joining an exciting and growing team.  The post holder will assist with booking in training courses with internal and external training providers and also assist in the administration of our Learning management system.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in working in a busy office environment and taking their first steps into a career.  The post holder will work towards a Level 3 standard in Business Administration over a two year period and be mentored every step of the way. 


To provide administration support within an office setting by:

  • Answer the telephone/take messages

  • Booking accommodation & taxis

  • Typing, photocopying, scanning and laminating

  • Ordering lunches

  • Greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Raise purchase orders using in-house system

  • Monitor stationary and reorder as required

  • To ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy

  • To monitor and process post both in and out

  • Assist the Office Manager and other departments with mail-shots, reports and presentations etc

  • Support with administrative assistance to various departments within the divisional office

  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions

  • Recording of Information on our Learning Management System
