Langley Trusthas a rewarding volunteer opportunity for a friendly and well organised individual to join us in the role of Administration Assistant at our housing and resettlement services where we support clients with multiple needs.
As part of the office team, you will help with the efficient running of the project office supporting a variety of staff, clients and visitors. You will find a place to belong and a role that will enable you to put your organisation and administration skills to use, to support the mission of the Trust and help change the lives of our clients.

Key responsibilities:
Taking direction from the Service Administrator and Management Team, to undertake tasks such as:
- General administrative support to the Service
- Inputting of accurate data and information into the management systems
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Receiving of incoming telephone calls and ensuring messages are delivered in a timely manner
- Receiving visitors into the Project.
