Senior Sous Chef – Hawksmoor Dublin

We’re very excited to be recruiting a Senior Sous Chef for our Dublin restaurant – currently ranked as the Number 1 steak restaurant in Ireland.

To be considered, you’ll already have experience as a Senior Sous or Head Chef in a kitchen that genuinely cares about food, quality and consistency. At Hawksmoor you’ll be working with some of the best ingredients in the country, sourced from farmers and suppliers who share our values, alongside a talented team led by Executive Chef Matt Brown.
