Job Description

You will be part of the regional team of Business Development & Strategy Europe. Our team contributes to drive regional activities towards growth and excellence. This includes not only the definition of market strategies and organizational structures, but also the operationalization of initiatives and special projects across the region and regional departments. Furthermore, the team ensures internal processes and procedures are managed effectively and consolidates performance KPI for review and constant improvement. 

Your key tasks 

  • Strategy: Develop and operationalize strategic initiatives, provide project and change management for internal change programs
  • Business management: Process management and steering to ensure smooth business operations 
  • Business operations governance: KPI tracking and governance across regional activities

 

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the IT financial industry, ideally in an international environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Highly analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex issues and develop solutions.
  • Ability to structure topics and derive strategic measures to address challenges
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading project teams and collaborating with international teams.
  •  Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

It would be a real bonus if you have 

  • Experience with aaS (as-a-service) models
  • in-depth knowledge on the European banking market, specifically in the wealth segment
