We have an exciting role on offer within our Transport and Infrastructure team as a Project Officer.
About Us
Working within the Council’s Transport and Infrastructure portfolio, this post is responsible for the development and delivery of Capital Infrastructure schemes within the Transport Capital Programme; specifically, those within the Tees Valley Combined Authority City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement programme.
Highway infrastructure improvements are required to ensure that the Council is fulfilling its statutory duty to ensure the safe and expeditious movement of people and goods on its network and ensure that the asset is fit for purpose in a time of increasing demand.
To be successful in this role you need a good standard of education including GCSE in Maths, English and ICT or evidence of equivalent level of academic attainment.
Please note this is a fixed term post until 31.03.2027.
