The Role…
The Home Delivery Support Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Wickes Home Delivery multi-carrier network through diligent data analysis, comprehensive performance reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling effective management of carrier performance, enhancement of customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role will also provide broader data analysis and reporting support to other sectors of the Distribution team as required, utilising tools such as Google Sheets and SQL via BitQuery.
About you…
Proven experience in a data analysis or reporting role; Demonstrable experience using spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets, MS Excel) for data manipulation and reporting at an advanced level; Experience in managing and
interpreting large datasets; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail; Proficient in data extraction, manipulation, and interpretation.
