Job Title: Guidewire Integration Business Analyst – SME

We are seeking a seasoned Guidewire Integration Business Analyst SME to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of integration solutions across the Guidewire InsuranceSuite, including PolicyCenterBillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. This role is critical to enabling seamless digital transformation through APIs, middleware, and scalable integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end analysis and design of integration solutions within Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document integration requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Guidewire integration, including digital portals, APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and integration use cases.
  • Work closely with architects and developers to ensure alignment with the Guidewire Data Model and Integration Framework.
  • Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • Create business process models and documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful delivery of integration solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire Integration, preferably involving Digital PortalsAPIs, or middleware.
  • Strong understanding of the Guidewire Data Model and Integration Framework.
  • Proficiency with integration tools and formats such as SOAPRESTXML, and JSON.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoftDell Boomi, or similar.
  • Skilled in business process modelling and documentation tools (e.g., VisioLucidchart).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
